I am licensed to practice law in the State Courts of the State of New York. This includes the New York State Court of Appeals, The Appellate Divisions of the First, Second, Third and Fourth Departments, the County and City Courts as well as the Town and Village Justice Courts. I am also admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Northern District of New York and the Federal Court, Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

I have represented injury accident victims and defended clients in vehicle and traffic courts since I graduated from Albany Law School.  I am a negotiator and pride myself on my reputation and my ability to work to a fair resolution with the local Court Judges, Clerks and Prosecutors as well as Insurance Defense Counsel and Insurance Adjusters.
