Court hours: First appearances are usually scheduled for Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Pretrial conferences are scheduled for Monday or Thursday depending on which Judge the case has been assigned to.

Court information: The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Court is located in the Town Hall Complex next to the Town Athletic Fields on Route 236. There is plenty of parking available.

General information. The Town of Halfmoon was settled in the 1600s and is located just at the point where the Mohawk and Hudson rivers meet.
