Albany City Court

The Albany City Court- Traffic Part is located at 24 Eagle Street, Albany City Hall Basement, Albany, New York. The Albany City Court’s telephone number is 518-434-5095. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled for weekday mornings at 9 a.m. or in the afternoon at 1:00 p.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the Albany City Police Department, The New York State Police, The State University Police Officers and the Albany County Sheriffs.  The City of Albany, Corporation Counsel’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers and the Albany City Police Officers. The State University Police Officers prosecute their own tickets. The Albany City Court allows Attorneys to negotiate plea reductions by mail for tickets issued by the Albany City Police Officers.

Athens Town Court

The Athens Town Court is located at #2, 1st Street, in the Village of Athens, New York. The Athens Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 945-3360. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled for Thursday afternoons beginning at 4:00 p.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police and the local Police Department and Greene County Sheriffs.  The Greene County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Athens Town Court does not accept plea negotiations or reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.

Bethlehem Town Court

The Bethlehem Town Court is located at 447 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York . The Bethlehem Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 439-9717. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled for weekday mornings beginning at 8:00 a.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the local Police Department and Albany County Sheriffs.  The Albany County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Town Attorney prosecutes the tickets issued by the Bethlehem Police Officers. The Bethlehem Town Court does not accept plea negotiations or reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.

Catskill Town Court

The Catskill Town Court is located at 441 Main Street, Catskill, New York. The Catskill Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 943-2142. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled for weekday afternoons beginning at 1:30 p.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the local Police Department and the Greene County Sheriffs.  The Greene County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Catskill Town Court does not accept plea negotiations or reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.

Clifton Park Town Court

The Clifton Park Town Court is located at 5 Municipal Plaza, Public Safety Building, Clifton Park, New York. The Clifton Park Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 371-6668. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on a weekday evening beginning at 7 p.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, and the Saratoga County Sheriffs. The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Clifton Park Town Court allows Attorneys to negotiate plea reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.

Colonie Justice Court

The Colonie Town Court is located at 312 Wolf Road, in the Public Safety Building, in Latham, New York. The Colonie Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 783-2714. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on Monday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m. Trials are usually scheduled for Tuesday mornings. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the Town of Colonie Police Officers and the Albany County Sheriffs. The Colonie Town Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers and the Colonie Police Officers. The Colonie Town Court allows Attorneys to negotiate plea reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.

Guilderland Town Court

The Guilderland Town Court is located in the Town Hall on Route 20, Guilderland, New York. The Guilderland Town Court’s telephone number is (518) 356-1980. Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on Monday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m. Trials are usually scheduled to begin at the end of the Monday calendar. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the Town of Guilderland Police Officers and the Albany County Sheriffs. The Guilderland Town Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers and the Guilderland Police Officers. The Guilderland Town Court allows Attorneys to negotiate plea reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police. The Albany County Sheriffs prosecute their own tickets.

SPECIAL NOTE:The Guilderland Town Court requires payment of the fine at the time of the plea disposition.  Special arangements need to be made to insure the fine can be paid on the appearance date.

Halfmoon Town Court
